REFUND POLICY
it can be returned within 14 days of recieving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition(unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and you will also need the reciept or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package(once posted back please send us tracking number). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your Order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want.
Delivery takes between 1-2 days.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you recieve the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
REFUNDS
Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieved your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
